What is dry hire?
Dry hire means you hire the equipment on its own, without operators, crew or technical production services. You run the kit yourself — we deliver the equipment to your venue or you collect it from us. If you need full technical production with operators, delivery and crew, our production services team can help with that too.
How much does LED video wall hire cost?
We publish weekly rental rates on every LED screen in the catalogue. LED display screen rental and LED panel hire is priced per week, and the final cost depends on screen size, pixel pitch and hire duration. Discounts are available for dry hire customers and long-term hires — build a flightcase and we will confirm your exact LED video wall hire price.
Do you deliver hire equipment nationwide?
Yes. We are based in Solihull in the West Midlands and service events, shows and festivals across the UK with nationwide delivery. Delivery and collection costs are quoted alongside your hire, and you can also collect equipment from us directly if you prefer.
What is a flightcase and how does it work?
Your flightcase is your hire list. Add any equipment — stage lighting, litedeck, LED screens, sound systems or video cameras — to your flightcase as you browse the catalogue, then submit a hire request with your dates and contact details. Our production team confirms availability and provides your personalised hire quote.
Are the prices shown the final price I pay?
Weekly rental prices in the catalogue are guide prices that exclude VAT and exclude delivery or collection unless specified. Your final hire price is confirmed when you submit your request, and it may be lower — discounts are available for dry hire customers and longer hires.
Can I hire equipment if I am new to trade hire?
